This is a 30 minute hypnotic relaxing audio incorporating Isochronic Brainwave Entrainment tones alternating between alpha and gamma range. I’ve had some enjoyable day-time dreamy states utilizing this one, in part due to the insertion of gamma range frequencies (the wave forms that are heightened while typically on a “trip”).
There is a quiet and soothing ambient track playing as a foundation.
